By using careercdlsolutions.com, our landing pages, or our recruiting services, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use our sites or services. These terms are between you and NuVista Group LLC d/b/a Career CDL Solutions ("CCS," "we," "us").
Our services
CCS is a CDL driver recruiting agency. We connect company drivers, owner-operators and lease operators with motor carriers, and we provide recruiting services to carriers. Services we provide to carriers are governed by a separate written agreement, which controls if it conflicts with these terms.
No guarantee of placement
- Carriers make all hiring, contracting and lease decisions. CCS does not employ drivers on behalf of carriers and does not guarantee any driver a position.
- CCS does not guarantee that any carrier will receive a set number of drivers, or that a placed driver will stay with the carrier.
- Job details such as pay, miles, home time, equipment and lanes come from carriers and can change. Confirm final terms directly with the carrier before you accept.
Your responsibilities
- Give accurate, complete and current information, including your CDL, driving history and work history.
- Share only documents that belong to you, or that you are authorized to share.
- Do not use our sites to send spam, upload harmful code, scrape data, or interfere with how the sites work.
- Do not misrepresent who you are or which company you represent.
We may stop working with anyone who provides false information or misuses our services.
Text messaging terms
By giving us your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive recurring texts from the Career CDL Solutions Driver & Carrier Alerts program about job openings, application status, onboarding, and recruiting services. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or placement. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel; you will receive one message confirming you are unsubscribed, and you can reply START to rejoin. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at 773-520-7296 or recruiting@careercdl.com. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties; see our Privacy Policy.
Email communications
By submitting your email address, you agree that CCS may email you about jobs, services and recruiting updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email.
Intellectual property
The CCS name, logos, site content, job posts and materials are owned by NuVista Group LLC d/b/a Career CDL Solutions or its licensors. You may not copy, republish or use them commercially without our written permission.
Third-party sites and services
Our sites may link to carriers, scheduling tools and other third-party sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
Disclaimers
Our sites and services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, CCS disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of job information supplied by carriers.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, CCS is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost wages, profits or business, arising from your use of our sites or services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid CCS, if any, in the 12 months before the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold CCS harmless from claims arising from your violation of these terms or from inaccurate information you provide.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Illinois, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information, and it is part of these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The effective date above shows when they last changed. Continuing to use our sites or services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
