NuVista Group LLC d/b/a Career CDL Solutions ("CCS," "we," "us") collects only the information needed to connect CDL drivers with carriers, and we do not sell personal information. This policy covers careercdlsolutions.com, our landing pages on go.careercdlsolutions.com, and our calls, texts and emails.

Information we collect

• Drivers: name, phone, email, city and state, CDL class and endorsements, years of experience, work history, driving record details you share, and copies of your driver's license and DOT medical card.
• Carriers: contact name, title, company name, phone, email, USDOT and MC numbers, fleet size, and recruiting needs.
• Website and email visitors: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, form submissions, and whether our emails were opened or links clicked.

We collect this when you fill out a form, apply for a job, call, text or email us, or from public carrier records such as the FMCSA database.

How we use it

• Match drivers with carrier openings and confirm they meet the carrier's requirements
• Submit qualified drivers to carriers and coordinate drug testing, orientation, travel and lodging
• Follow up with drivers after placement to confirm pay and equipment match what was promised
• Respond to carrier inquiries and provide recruiting services
• Send job openings, service updates and recruiting information by phone, text or email
• Operate, secure and improve our websites

How we share it

• With carriers: we share a driver's information with a carrier only for a position the driver has agreed to be considered for. The carrier may run its own background, MVR, PSP and drug screening checks under its own policies.
• With service providers: we use vendors such as Zoho (CRM, email and landing pages) to store and process information on our behalf. They may use it only to provide services to us.
• For legal reasons: we may disclose information when required by law or to protect the rights and safety of CCS, drivers, carriers or others.
• Business transfers: if CCS is merged or sold, information may transfer to the new owner under this policy.

We do not sell or rent personal information.

Text messages (SMS)

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we may text you about job openings, application status, onboarding steps, and recruiting services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service and messaging platform providers, is permitted. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Email

Our emails may track opens and clicks so we know which messages are useful. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and we honor requests promptly.

Cookies

Our websites use cookies and similar tools to keep forms working, remember preferences, and measure traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser; some site features may not work without them.

How long we keep information

We keep driver and carrier records while we are actively recruiting or providing services, and for a reasonable time afterward for follow-up, legal and recordkeeping needs. Copies of driver's licenses and medical cards are deleted once they are no longer needed for placement.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including access controls on our systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop contacting you. Depending on your state, you may have additional rights under local privacy laws. To make a request, email recruiting@careercdl.com. We will verify your request and respond within the time required by law.

Children

Our services are for adults seeking or offering commercial driving work. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The effective date above shows when it last changed.
