THE CARRIER ROUTE
THE DRIVER ROUTE
Talk to a Recruiter
A real recruiter who knows the industry walks you through the run: CPM or percentage of gross, lanes, home time, equipment, and freight.
Apply
Submit your application, CDL, and medical card. Your recruiter submits your file to the carrier’s safety department.
Carrier Approval
The carrier reviews your MVR, PSP, and Clearinghouse. Your recruiter keeps you updated at every step.
Drug Test
You get the testing date and location, and your recruiter follows through until results are in.
Orientation
Your orientation date is set and your travel is coordinated. You arrive knowing exactly what you signed up for.
After You Start
Your recruiter calls on day two to make sure your truck is ready. We call again after your first settlement to confirm the pay matches what you were promised.
WHERE THE ROUTES MEET
Orientation day is where both routes come together: a qualified driver reports, and a carrier gets a truck moving. Our work continues past that point. Our follow-up after the driver starts keeps the expectations set during recruiting aligned with what happens on the road. That alignment is what keeps drivers running and carriers growing.
